With them He writes in shining green

AOSFYC

Today I was missing the All Ohio Youth Choir, and what do I see on my adventures? Geese of course! So many memories about the choir and so many wonderful friends...

Why is the youth choir referenced by geese? Because geese look out for each other, flying in perfect formation. They guide those who are lost and aid their sick or dying. They mate for life and guard their flocks constantly. They call encouragement to their leader as they fly and they share leadership equally. The geese are the youth choir's symbol of the love, friendship and comfort that we all have in each other. <3

Metal

“Guilt upon the conscience, like rust upon iron, both defiles and consumes it, gnawing and creeping into it, as that does which at last eats out the very heart and substance of the metal.” ~Bishop Robert South

Just listen

"If we had a keen vision of all that is ordinary in human life, it would be like hearing the grass grow or the squirrel's heart beat, and we should die of that roar which is the other side of silence."~George Eliot
